Confirmation Program Overview Application Retreat Registration Sponsor Eligibility Saint Project Parent/Sponsor Letters Study Questions

• Work on completing service requirements
• Attend a retreat.
• Complete Saint project
• Select a sponsor who is:
  • is at least 16 years old
  • has received the sacraments of Baptism, Holy Communion and Confirmation
  • if married, must have been married in the Catholic Church
  • is a fully active and practicing Catholic who fulfills the weekly obligation to attend Mass.
  • is a good example in living a Caholic life that reflects the teaching and spirit of the Caholic Church.
  • is prepared to assist the parents in their Christian duty by support, encouragement and prayers.

  • Application
  • Sponsor letter of eligibility
  • Saint project
  • Service booklet
  • Parent/Sponsor letters

September 2024:

• Robe measurements take place in class

October 2024:

• Testing on Bishops questions
• Bring Completed Work of Mercy Booklet (Hand into Mrs. Delate)
• Letters from parents & family members due (optional)
  • Parents & sponsors are asked to write letters to students

November 2024:

• Confirmation Practice:
  • This practice will be approximately 2 hours.
  • Parents with clearances who would like to volunteer to help, please email Colleen Nancarrow at [email protected]
• Sponsor Instructions: 
  • Instructions for the sponsors will be emailed to each family during the month of October.
• Confirmation Day!

St. Thomas students receive the sacrament of Penance in the 2nd Grade.  

St. Thomas School students receive the Sacraments of First Holy Communion in the 2nd Grade.
